The Most Important Information for Your Winter Holiday in Obertauern
Arrival & Departure
The Holiday Apartments at Haus Isabella *** in Obertauern are available beginning at 4:00 pm on your arrival day. We kindly ask that you return your rooms until 10:00 am on your departure day.
Early-Check-In
If you would like to use your room earlier, we offer an Early-Check-In (depending on availability).
- Early-Check-In: from 11.00 am possible (depending on availability)
- Price Early-Check-In: € 20,- per person
Late-Check-Out
If you would like to use your room longer, we offer a Late-Check-Out (depending on availability).
- Late-Check-Out: until 2.00 pm possible (depending on availability)
- Price Late-Check-Out: € 20,- per person
Cancellation Policy
After we receive your deposit, your booking is fixed and cannot be canceled. We ask for your understanding.
Statutory Corona regulation
You can rebook oder cancel free of charge if:
- our Haus Isabella or Obertauern has been officially closed by the authorities
- Obertauern, Salzburg Land (not Salzburg Stadt) or Austria became risk area from your home country
- when the borders are closed and you cannot travel
Travel Insurance
To be prepared for emergencies, we recommend that you take out travel insurance including COVID-19 coverage
WiFi
Free WiFi is accessible throughout the house.
Bread Services
Our baker offers daily fresh roll service.
Pets
Pets are allowed. There is a one-time surcharge of €20.- per pet.
Ski Room
Store your skis and boots overnight in our ski room that includes a boot dryer.
Allergy Amenities
The apartments are equipped with allergy-free bedding and wood floors.
Kids Amenities
For our smaller guests, we have baby travel beds, high chairs and baby baths available.
Child Discounts
Child discount dates can be found on the Packages page under “Bobby’s Snow Adventures”.
Ski Rental Discount
If you are a guest at Haus Isabella you will get 15 to 20% off rentals at Sport 2000 Gefäll in Obertauern.
We are snow
Obertauern is Austria’s snowiest Winter Sports Destination. Scientific findings confirm: Obertauern has the greatest snow depths in Austria.
Parking
Park your cars in our parking garage, free of charge.
Smoking
We kindly ask that you do not smoke in the holiday apartments. Thank you for your understanding!
Final Cleaning
The final cleaning is not included in the holiday housing prices. We charge € 15,- per person.
Local Tax
The local tax is not included in the holiday housing prices.
General local tax € 2.00 per night and person, people up to the age of 15 are free of charge. Registration number according to the tax law: 50512-001875-2020
Sauna
You are welcome to use our sauna between 3:00 p.m. and 9 p.m. for some relaxing hours. Feel free to bring your special sauna fragrance. Don’t forget your bathing gown, sauna towel and your flip-flops. We offer bathing gowns for € 5,- per week and sauna towels for € 1,-
Payment Conditions
To finalize your booking, we ask for a deposit. Please pay on the eve of your departure in cash, or by debit card or credit card.
